Stacie SmithWith the state of the Real Estate market these days many are finding that the old or "traditional" ways of buying and selling homes just isn't working. If you watch even a little bit of the news you would think I was crazy to become a Realtor. But for me it is just the opposite. This is a challenging and exciting time to be involved. It tests your limits of determination, especially in today's market.  I am a licensed Realtor and  member of the Prince George's County Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

In today’s market climate, you need a capable, determined realtor who will work hard to get the job done. Not only that, you need a Realtor with fresh ideas and approaches to marketing your property if you are selling and somone who will listen carefully to your wants and needs if you are buying. I do not follow the cut and dry manual that most Realtors learn as they enter Real Estate and continue to rely on throughout their career. I think "outside of the box" and utilize the power of technology and the Internet to both research and market for my clients. For example, it is no secret that most people begin their search for a new home on the Internet. That being said, first impressions are very important. For ALL of my listings I hire a professional photographer to take pictures of the property and provide a high-quality virtual tour to be viewed on the most popular real esate web sites such as Realtor.com, Google, Yahoo and DuPont Registry.

As a life long Maryland resident my knowledge of the real estate market in Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, and Prince Georges County is profound. My ability to listen to the clients' needs and desires keeps me ahead of my competition. My aim is to guide my clients successfully through the process of managing their real estate. My goal is not to work with a client only one time, but instead to satisfy my clients and build a long term relationship. In order to achieve this, I use honest, intelligent and open methods of work aimed at meeting the needs and goals of my customers.

I take extreme pride in my work. I will not lie or embellish the truth to get a listing or a sale. I care about making a difference. I know people are trusting me to help them with one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their lifetime and that is something I take very seriously. I want customers and clients that stay loyal and refer their family and friends to me because they know I will always do everything in my power, whatever it takes to make sure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end.

On a personal level, one of the greatest pleasures of my life is my family. I get the most enjoyment out of life spending time with my 2 year old son, my fiance' and our Minature Pincscher Macy. I also enjoy traveling, playing softball and cooking. Who knows... for a closing gift I may even cook you one of my specialties!
